In an effort to maintain high quality standards in accordance with the HIPAA Privacy Rule and by federal funding requirements of The Ryan White Part A HIV/AIDS Program, all persons seeking to obtain Housing and/or Emergency Financial services through Golden Rainbow must first be pre-screened by a Case Manager from one of our partner agencies listed below:
